Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud platform. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Payment transactions are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With Razorpay for payment processing
• When required by law or to comply with a legal process under Indian law
• With Election Commission of India (ECI) or state election authorities, if required for party registration compliance under the Representation of the People Act, 1951
