1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a member of Bharath Revamp Party ("BRP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BRP, registered under the Representation of the People Act, 1951 with the Election Commission of India (ECI).

2. Eligibility

To register as a member, you must:

• Be an Indian citizen as defined under Article 5-8 of the Constitution of India
• Be at least 18 years of age as per the Indian Penal Code
• Not be disqualified from being a member under Section 16 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Membership Fee

The membership fee is ₹100 (Hundred Indian Rupees) as prescribed by the party constitution. This fee is non-refundable once the membership card has been generated. Payment is processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. All amounts are inclusive of applicable GST.

4. Membership Card

Upon successful payment, a digital membership card will be generated with a unique membership number. This card is for identification purposes only and does not constitute proof of citizenship or voting rights. The card is non-transferable and may be revoked in case of violation of party rules or applicable laws.

5. User Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your membership credentials
• Not use the membership card or party name for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with the party constitution, code of conduct, and applicable Indian laws
• Not engage in activities that bring disrepute to the party

6. Limitation of Liability

BRP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your membership. Our total liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you (₹100). We are not responsible for any technical issues, payment gateway failures, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BRP logo, name, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Bharath Revamp Party. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of party materials is prohibited and may violate the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Termination

BRP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms, party constitution, or applicable laws. You may also voluntarily resign your membership by contacting us. Upon termination, your membership card will be deactivated and your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through internal grievance redressal. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

BRP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Your continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
